Transportation Program at American University of Integrative Sciences, School of Medicine

The AUIS Transportation Program is designed to meet the basic transportation needs of students, staff and faculty. Comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles provide the following services:

School Bus: riders meet the AUIS bus at pre-designated points according to a regular schedule. The bus runs 5 times per day on weekdays, arriving at school in time for 1stand 2ndperiods in the morning and dropping riders home after 3rd and 4th periods, as well as when the building closes at night. On Saturdays and Sundays, the school bus runs 4 times per day allowing students to come to school for extra classes, other events or just to study in the library.

American University of integrative Sciences, School of Medicine, Transportation ProgramPickup points (bus stops) are set at the beginning of the semester according to where you live, so there will always be a stop within walking distance within our service area.

  • Bulk Shopping Trip: On Saturday’s following exams riders are taken between home/school to “The Walk” shopping plaza in St.Thomas, which includes the following stores:
    • Cost-U-Less, a large warehouse-style store (no membership required)
    • iMart Pharmacy
    • Flow (telecommunications company)
    • Carters (hardware store)
    • Various fast food and casual dining outlets
  • Airport Transfers: return transfers between home / school and Grantley Adams International airport every semester.
